We are located at 80-D in Kamla Nagar, right across from the Roop Nagar area. If you know Kamla Nagar, you know it’s a major hub for shopping and there’s always something happening on the streets. Our shop isn't one of those big, shiny showrooms you might see on the main road. It’s a bit more modest. We have racks and shelves filled with products everywhere you look. Sometimes it feels like things are taking over the whole place. We have a few counters where we can spread things out, but often those counters are covered in folders and ledgers too. Apsara Sarees Private Limited is a family-run kind of vibe, even if the name sounds a bit more official. We spend a lot of time just folding and re-folding items to keep the place from looking like a total mess. The noise from the traffic outside is constant, and you can always hear people bargaining or shouting nearby. We have a couple of stools for people to sit on, but they aren't the most comfortable things in the world. The lighting is a bit yellowish, which gives the whole place an old-fashioned feel. We don’t have a big marketing budget or anything like that. We just rely on the fact that we've been here for a while and people know where to find us. It’s a lot of hard work and long hours, but it’s what we do.
