APM CONSTRUCTION LLP is over in New Rajinder Nagar at R-561, right on Shankar Road. This is Central Delhi, so it’s a very established area with a lot of history and busy streets. Our office is right there where the action is, which makes it easy for us to get around to different parts of the city. We do a lot of construction management and oversight from this location. It’s a straightforward setup, no big fancy furniture or expensive art on the walls, just a place where we get the work done. The traffic on Shankar Road can be quite loud, so we’ve gotten used to the sound of horns and engines all day long. We spend our time talking to site managers and making sure that the materials are being delivered where they need to go. It’s a lot of logistical work, really. Sometimes we have to stay late to finish up some reports or plan for the next day's tasks. We like the neighborhood because it has everything we need close by. The office is often a bit cluttered with samples of tiles or bits of hardware we’re looking at for projects. It’s just how we work, focusing on the practical side of building things. We don't make things complicated, we just try to keep the projects moving forward without any major delays.
