AMG DEVELOPWELL LIMITED is situated at 202, Kiran Mansion on Ansari Road. This is in the heart of Central Delhi. If you have been to Ansari Road, you know it is famous for books and old buildings. Our office is in one of those classic structures. Room 202 is where we do all our planning and development work. It is a busy area with a lot of noise and energy from the street. We like that. It keeps us on our toes. The building has that old Delhi charm, though the stairs can be a bit of a workout. We are not a new-age startup with bean bags. We have wooden desks and old-fashioned filing cabinets. We deal with various development projects. It is a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving as they should. Being in Central Delhi means we are close to everything. We have been here for a while and have seen the area change. The office is usually full of maps and blueprints. We do not use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just work on buildings and infrastructure. It is a straightforward business. We show up, deal with the challenges of the day, and go home. That is life at Kiran Mansion for us. The tea guy downstairs knows our order by heart now. We just focus on building things well and keeping our commitments to the projects we take on.
