It’s not really very glamorous work. We don’t use big words to sound important. We just look at what needs to be finished today and try to get it done before it gets dark. Kalibari Marg has its own busy vibe and we’ve been part of it for a bit now. Sometimes we go for a short walk during lunch just to clear our heads. The team is small enough that we all know what’s going on with each other. We don’t have a big HR department or anything complicated like that. We just talk to each other if something comes up. It’s a straightforward way to run an office. We just do the work and go.
