Siksha Sadan Inter College Jatpura - Sakshni Bulandshahr is just a regular school building in the Noida area, where the road gets a bit dusty in the afternoons. Most of the people working here are from around the local villages like Sakshni. We open the gates early every morning before the sun gets too hot. There is a lot to do every day, from checking the attendance books to making sure the desks are in straight lines. Sometimes the fans make a lot of noise, but the students don't seem to mind much. We have been here for a while now, watching the kids grow up and move on to other things. The building itself isn't fancy, just bricks and paint that needs a touch-up every few years. It gets loud when the lunch break happens and everyone runs out to the small open space we have. There is no big marketing team here, just us teachers and the office staff trying to keep things organized. Usually, someone is always fixing a chair or cleaning the chalkboards after the last class ends. Bulandshahr is a busy place, and being tucked away here feels a bit different than the big city schools. We just do the work, day in and day out, without much fuss. It is a simple place for simple learning, and that seems to work for the families around here. Most people walk here, and if you come by around four, the place is getting locked up.
