Jai Singh Inter College

Jai Singh Inter College is over in Khurja, which is part of the Bulandshahr district. Most people know Khurja for the pottery, but for us, it’s just home. We are located in the 203131 area, and the college has been a fixture here for quite some time. It is a place where we spend our days dealing with paperwork, teaching classes, and making sure the building stays in one piece. The town itself can get quite crowded, especially during the market days, but the college grounds offer a bit of a break from that. We don't have any fancy mission statements or corporate goals. We just show up in the morning, open the gates, and get to work. The walls are a bit old, and the fans in the classrooms make a bit of noise, but that’s just the character of the place. Bulandshahr is a big district, but Khurja has its own specific feel that everyone around here understands. We have students coming in from the surrounding villages, often arriving on foot or by cycle. The staff here are all locals who have been around for years. We don't try to be anything we aren't; it’s just a straightforward inter college where kids come to learn their subjects and move on to the next stage of their lives. It’s a practical, no-nonsense kind of place, and that is how we like it.
