Shanti Devi School

Shanti Devi School is tucked away in Shanti Nagar, right in the Bhoor area of Bulandshahr. It’s a local neighborhood school through and through. Most of our students live within walking distance, so you see them coming down the lanes every morning with their bags. We’ve been operating in this part of 203001 for several years now. The building isn't very tall, just a few floors where we have our classrooms. It gets pretty noisy during the lunch break when everyone is out in the yard. We don't have a giant sports field, but the kids find ways to play. The teachers here are mostly from the same town, so they know the families well. We keep things simple with our teaching. There are no fancy uniforms or expensive equipment. We just use what we have to get through the lessons each day. Sometimes the power goes out, and we just open the windows wider for air. It’s just how life is here. Parents stop by the gate to chat with us quite often. We know which kids are brothers and sisters. It’s a tight-knit place. We don't spend money on big ads because everyone in Bhoor knows where we are. We just open the gates in the morning and do our work until the afternoon. It is a very normal, local school for the community.
