We operate out of Sector- 8A, right near Rajendra More. It’s a busy junction, and that’s probably why we ended up here. Sonaro is about security and finding the right people for those roles. It’s a lot of paperwork and talking to folks who are looking for work. We spend a lot of time interviewing people and checking backgrounds. It’s not always exciting work, but it’s important. The office is pretty basic—just desks, files, and a few chairs for people waiting their turn. We see all kinds of people coming through the doors. Some are looking for their first job, others have been doing security for years. We try to be straight with everyone about what the work involves. It’s often long shifts and standing around, so we make sure they know that. Rajendra More is a good spot because everyone knows it. We get people from all over the area stopping by to ask if there are any openings. We aren't some big international firm; we’re just a local outfit trying to help people get placed where they’re needed. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and it gets a bit chaotic. Other times, it's just us filing papers and catching up on logs. It’s honest work, and we’ve been doing it long enough to know how to handle the different situations that pop up in the security business. We keep some extra tea bags for the long afternoons when the paperwork piles up high.
