We operate out of Section 12 B in Bokaro Steel City, specifically at house number 4019. This part of Jharkhand is pretty industrial, as you might expect, and our office reflects that. It’s a straightforward building that doesn’t stand out much from the others on the street. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, chairs, and several stacks of files that we are constantly moving around. We don't really do anything fancy here at Aditya Birla Group; it’s just a place where the team handles the local requirements. The power goes out occasionally, which is just part of living in Bokaro, so we always have a backup plan ready. We start our day early when it’s still a bit cool outside. Most of us have been in this city for years, so we know the shortcuts and the best places to grab a quick snack nearby during the lunch break. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls and fancy lights. It’s a real office with some cracked tiles and a front door that squeaks a bit when you open it. We just focus on the tasks at hand and don't spend time on marketing talk or empty slogans. If you need us, we are right there in Sector 12 B. It’s easy to find if you follow the main road through the sector. We just keep our heads down and get the work finished. It's a bit of a grind sometimes, but we are used to it and we just keep moving along day by day.
