M/S. Premchand Saw

M/S. Premchand Saw is located out in the village of Lalpania, near the post office. We are quite close to the Ranaghat Plant in the Bokaro district. It is a very industrial area but the village itself still feels quiet. We have been working here for a long time, mostly serving the people who live and work around the T.T.P.S. site. My name is Premchand and I run the place with a couple of helpers from the neighborhood. We don't have a big corporate setup. It is just a simple building where we store our materials and do our daily tasks. The work can be a bit messy and we often have dust on our shoes. We don't spend any time on fancy talk or trying to impress people. If someone needs something, they come by and we see if we can help them out. The weather here can be quite hot, especially being near the plant, so we start our work early in the morning to beat the heat. We don't have a website or any social media. People just know us by word of mouth. It is an honest way to make a living and we are happy with it. We just take each day as it comes and try to do right by the folks in Bokaro. It is a small life but it is ours and we are proud of the work we do for the village.
