Based in Ganeshpur. Madhavrao’s place is where we handle things. Jafrabad area. We focus on agritech but mostly it's just farming with better tools. It gets hot in the summer. We have a lot of members from the village. Farming is a gamble most years. We talk about tractors and seeds a lot. It’s not always easy to get things right. We started this to help each other out. Sometimes the rain doesn't come. Then we sit around and figure out a plan B. The office is simple. We don't have fancy chairs. Just a desk and some papers. We are trying to do things differently than our fathers did. But some things stay the same. You still have to get your hands dirty. We look at the market prices every day. It’s stressful but it’s the life. Ganeshpur is a quiet place. We like it that way. Mostly we just want to get the crops sold for a fair price. Jafrabad has always been a farming town. We don't have much else out here. Madhavrao is good with numbers so he helps keep things straight at the office. We spend most of our time out in the dirt anyway. Some of us are growing soy and others are doing cotton. It depends on what the ground looks like that year. We buy our inputs together to try and keep the costs down. It’s a simple idea that works for us.
