Daogafu Integrated Producer Companylimited

Our company is located in the village of Bajrajhar, which is under the Rowta post office area. We called it Daogafu Integrated Producer Company Limited because we do a little bit of everything related to farming and production. It is a quiet spot in the Mouza of Barsilajhar. We spend most of our time outdoors, dealing with the daily chores that come with running an integrated farm. One day we might be looking at the livestock, and the next we are checking on the vegetable patches. It is a lot to keep track of, but we like the variety. The people working here are all from around this area, so we are more like a big family than a bunch of employees. We don't have a lot of formal meetings. Most of our planning happens while we are actually doing the work. The village life is slow, but the work is constant. We have our small office space where we keep the books, but you won't find anyone there for long. There is always something that needs fixing or a crop that needs water. We don't use any fancy equipment; it's mostly just traditional tools and a lot of patience. We are just trying to make a decent living off the land and keep the tradition of farming alive in Bajrajhar. It is hard work, but it feels right to be doing something real with our hands every single day.
