Government Higher Secondry School

You can find us in Dagori, which is a small part of the Bilaspur district in Chhattisgarh. This is a government-run school where we teach students in their higher secondary years. The building has been standing for a long time and it has seen many different groups of kids come and go. It’s not a fancy place, just a simple setup with regular classrooms and a bit of space outside for the students to hang out during their breaks. We have a team of teachers who show up every morning to get through the various subjects like math and science. Sometimes the classes are quite full, so it can get a bit loud and crowded. We try to stick to the state board’s schedule as best as we can. Most of the kids who come here live in the nearby villages. They walk or find a ride to get to class on time. The area can be quite dusty, especially when it’s dry, but we do what we can to keep the place tidy. We don’t have any of the latest high-tech gadgets, just old-fashioned blackboards and textbooks. The main thing is making sure the students are prepared for their exams so they can move on to the next stage of their lives. It’s a busy, everyday kind of life here. Parents often stop by to check on their children’s grades or talk to the staff. We just work with what we have.
