Oricon Engineers is located at Plot No-93/D, right across from the Armed Reserve Police area in Acharya Bihar. It’s an easy landmark to give people because everyone knows where the police are. Being here means things stay fairly orderly around our gate. We are a group of engineers and staff who have been working together for quite a while. The office is filled with blueprints, technical manuals, and pieces of equipment that we are either testing or fixing. It smells a bit like oil and old paper in some of the back rooms. We don't go in for fancy carpets or expensive art on the walls. Most of our wall space is covered with calendars and project charts. Acharya Bihar is a good central spot for us. It allows us to get to our sites without too much trouble. Sometimes the noise from the police drills can be a bit loud, but we’ve gotten used to it over the years. We spend a lot of time debating technical details and making sure our calculations are solid. It’s a lot of practical work and very little sitting around. If you walk in, you’ll probably find someone with their sleeves rolled up, deep in a drawing or a spreadsheet. We just focus on getting the engineering right. It’s what we know how to do. We aren't trying to be anything other than a solid local business that does its job.
