You can find us at 151 Dharmavihar in the Khandagiri area of Bhubaneswar. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it stays fairly calm compared to the city center. Soumitra Samal looks after the things here. Sheladia Associates Inc uses this house as a base for our operations in Orissa. It’s got a bit of a garden out front and plenty of space inside for our desks and storage. We have been here for a good while, and most of the neighbors know that this is where we do our work. Inside, it's mostly about spreadsheets and project planning. We get a lot of visitors related to the local infrastructure work, so there is usually someone new sitting in the visitor’s chair every few hours. The tea boy comes by twice a day, which is always a highlight. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one to let people know they’ve found the right house. It feels like a lived-in space because it is. We have a lot of old files from past years stacked up in the back room because we like to keep records of everything. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when the local market is active nearby, but generally, it’s a good spot for us to concentrate. We just go about our business day by day, trying to stay on top of the deadlines and making sure the local staff is supported.
