We are Posco E&C India Pvt.Ltd. and our office is at Plotno 182 in Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar. Sahid Nagar is one of those places in the city where everything is happening at once. It’s crowded, there are lots of shops, and finding a parking spot can be a real headache sometimes. But it’s a good place to be because everything you need is right there. Our building is a simple plot, number 182, and we use it as our base for managing construction projects. We have been here for a while and the office has a bit of a lived-in feel to it. It’s not one of those sterile corporate offices you see in movies. We have stacks of papers, some old furniture, and plenty of maps and blueprints lying around. The staff here are mostly local people who know Bhubaneswar inside out. We spend our days tracking progress on sites and talking to contractors. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet is slow, but we just deal with it and keep going. It’s a very practical environment where the focus is on the work, not on looking impressive. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay cool when the Orissa heat gets intense. It’s just our regular spot where we come to work every morning and do our bit.
