Civil Center

Our place is located at Plot No-Vim-141 in Phase-VI of Sailashree Vihar. We are quite close to the Maharshree Women’s College, which is a good landmark for anyone trying to find us. Being in this part of Bhubaneshwar is nice because it’s a bit more residential. At Civil Center, we do exactly what the name suggests. We work on civil projects, mostly helping out with the technical side of building and planning. The office is a very practical space. We have a few computers, some sturdy desks, and lots of files from old projects. We don't spend much on decorations because we are usually too busy looking at site photos or spreadsheets. It’s a quiet environment for the most part, except for when we are debating over a specific plan. We see a lot of local people who are looking to start a small project or need help with government paperwork for their land. We just tell them how it is and what they need to do. There’s no fancy talk or complicated brochures. We’ve been in Sailashree Vihar for some time now and we’ve gotten to know the area well. Most of our day is spent at the desk, but we do get out to sites when the work requires it. It’s a steady job and we try to do it right every day without making a big fuss about it. That is how we operate.
