We are set up at Plot No. 230 in Sastri Nagar. That’s in Unit 4 of Bhubaneswar. Orissa is a good place to be, and 751001 is our local area. We’ve been in the building game for a while, though we don't act like those big city firms. Our office is pretty plain. We have some blueprints lying around and a few muddy boots by the door. That’s just how it is when you’re out on sites half the time. We aren’t the type to wear suits every day. Usually, it’s just a button-down shirt and some sturdy trousers. When we’re at the plot, we spend most of the time talking through plans or checking on supplies. Bhubaneswar is growing fast, but we like to keep our part of it feeling small. We know the local guys who supply the bricks and the cement. It’s about those connections more than any fancy business plan. We don’t have a big marketing team. Most of our work comes because someone saw what we did down the street. We just focus on the task at hand. If a project takes a bit longer because of the weather, we tell you straight. No excuses or corporate talk. We’re just builders and engineers trying to do a decent job in Sastri Nagar. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know how to do. The office at Unit 4 is where we meet to figure things out. It’s simple, practical, and it works for us.
