Takshshila Public School

Takshshila Public School is located right inside Takshshila Parisar in the Govindpura area of Bhopal. It’s been here for a while now and most people in this part of town know where the gate is. Usually, the mornings start pretty early with buses pulling in and kids running around the courtyard. The staff mostly comes from around here or commutes from the main city areas. Govindpura can get a bit crowded with all the industrial activity nearby, but inside the Parisar, things are a bit more contained. We’ve got the usual classrooms and some open space where the kids play during the breaks. It isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where teaching happens every day. The building has seen many batches come and go. Sometimes the paint looks a bit old, but we try to keep things tidy enough for the students. Teachers here talk a lot about their subjects in the staff room while having tea. You can hear the bell ring all the way down the street when it's time to go home. Most of the parents work nearby in the various offices or shops around Bhopal. It’s a busy spot, especially around the 462023 zip code area. We don't really do much big talk about what we do, we just show up and get through the syllabus. The playground gets dusty in the summer months, which is just how it is in this part of Madhya Pradesh. We just keep the gates open and the fans running for the kids.
