Mahatma Gandhi Middle School

If you go down to Banganga Rama Nagar in Bhopal, you’ll find Mahatma Gandhi Middle School at number 1112. We’ve been operating in this part of Tt Nagar for quite some time. It’s a middle school, so we deal with that age group where kids are starting to grow up but still need a lot of watching over. The building sits in a busy part of the district, and there’s always something going on in the streets outside. Inside the gates, it’s mostly just the sound of kids talking or teachers at the blackboard. We have basic classrooms with wooden desks that have seen a lot of use over the years. Some of the paint is peeling here and there, but we try to keep it functional. It’s a local place through and through. Most of the staff live nearby, so they don’t have far to travel. We don't have a big playground, but the kids find space to run around during their break time. The morning assembly is a daily habit that keeps everyone on a schedule. It’s not a high-tech facility, just a solid brick building where we teach the standard subjects. We deal with the usual school problems like broken chalk or leaky taps when it rains. It’s a straightforward environment for the students from this side of Bhopal to get their middle school years finished. It’s not flashy, but it works for the families living in Rama Nagar.
