Style Lounge Unisex Salon

Our shop is tucked away at Shop E 3/2 in the 10 Number Market area of Arera Colony. It is a pretty lively spot because Nalanda School is right there, so there is always a crowd of students and parents around. We are also quite close to Vardhman Mall and the Hanuman Mandir, which brings in a lot of different people. The salon is a unisex place, so we see everyone from young kids to older folks looking for a tidy up. It isn’t a huge room, just a few stations where we work. The mirrors are a little old and the chairs might squeak if you move too much, but they get the job done. On Tuesdays, things are usually a bit slower, which gives us time to clean the shelves and organize the bottles. We don’t use any fancy marketing tricks or have a polished front. It is just a regular place where we cut hair and talk about whatever is on the radio. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief when the Bhopal heat gets bad. We’ve been in this building for several years and the walls have a few scuffs here and there. It feels more like a home than a business sometimes. We just focus on the work in front of us. Most people know where to find us if they are near the temple or the mall.
