You can find us over in Chilakpur, which is in the Gudgaon area of Bhaindehi. We are in the Betul district, and things are pretty rural around here. The company is run through Pandhari Magarde’s place. Betul has a lot of farming going on, and we are just a small part of that. Being a producer company is mostly about getting the local farmers together to see if we can do things a bit better as a group. It isn't always easy because everyone has their own way of doing things, but we try to manage. The roads out to Chilakpur can be a bit bumpy, especially when the monsoon hits. We don't have a fancy website or a big sign outside. It’s just a house where we meet up and keep our records. Mostly, we talk about the crops and the prices we might get at the market. Sometimes we have to travel to other parts of Betul to see what is happening. We are just regular people from the village. There is no big office culture here, just a lot of talk about soil and rain and seeds. Pandhari handles a lot of the day-to-day stuff and we usually meet in the mornings before heading out. If you come looking for us, just ask for the Magarde house in Chilakpur. It’s a simple life and the work is hard, but it is what we know and we just keep going.
