We are based in Chak Jalalpanch, which is a small village near Wjidpur Karnal in the Morwa block. Our setup is right at Jay Karan Ray’s place. Most of us here have spent our entire lives working the soil in this part of Bihar. We didn't really plan on starting a company in the usual sense, but it felt right to get the local farmers together under one name like this. Life in Morwa is mostly about the seasons and whatever crops we can get out of the ground. Sometimes the weather is good to us and sometimes it is not. That is just how things go. We handle a lot of the day-to-day stuff ourselves without any fancy equipment or big offices. It is just a group of people from the village trying to manage things a bit better. You won't find any slick talking here or big city talk. We just focus on what needs doing for the crops. Some days we are just sitting around discussing the local market prices or how the rain is looking. It gets dusty and the work is hard, but we are used to it. The address is quite specific because everyone knows where Jay Karan Ray stays. If you come looking for us, just ask someone in the village. We are usually around the fields or at the house. This whole producer company thing is still a bit new to us but we are figuring it out as we go along.
