Memory Tree Plantation Private Limited is just us working out of Bhopal. We are over at Q No 80 Rangender Nager, inside the colony. It’s a quiet spot most days, though the traffic nearby can get a bit loud during the afternoons when people are coming home. Our main thing here is the plantation work, which keeps us pretty busy in the dirt and sun. Bhopal weather can be tough on the young trees, so we spend a lot of time just making sure everything stays watered and doesn't dry out. It’s not some fancy corporate setup with glass walls and suits. Most of the time, our boots are muddy and we’re just chatting about which plots need more attention this week. The neighbors in the Rangender Nager colony know us as the people always messing with saplings and moving bags around. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We started this because we liked being outside and doing something with our hands. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up on the desk inside Q No 80 because we’d rather be out checking on the growth. People ask us why we do it, and it's mostly just because it’s what we know. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s just a few of us trying to keep the plantation going. When the season changes, the work changes too, but we’re always here in this part of Bhopal doing the same basic stuff every day.
