The market is always loud and crowded, which we’ve grown used to over the years. Being on the second floor gives us a little bit of a break from the noise downstairs, but not much. We work on agricultural technology. It’s a lot of meetings and looking at data. Our office isn't very large. We have a few desks squeezed in there. We drink way too much tea and coffee to stay alert. The building is an older one. Sometimes the elevator doesn't work perfectly, so we take the stairs. It’s good exercise anyway. We don't have any fancy brochures. If someone wants to know what we do, we just sit down and tell them. We deal with a lot of different people from across Madhya Pradesh. Some days are just filled with phone calls that never seem to end. We try to keep things organized, but files have a way of piling up on the floor. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do our jobs well and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a practical way to live. We’ve been in this spot for a while now and it suits our needs just fine. There's always someone coming by to chat.
