Swarnim Bio Agroscience Private Limited is located over in Indrapuri. We are at House Number 766 in Sipara, which is the place of Pavitri Devi. The post office is Dhelwan. It’s a residential-feeling area but we use the space to run our agroscience business. We don't do things like the big labs you see in movies. It’s more practical and down-to-earth than that. We look at bio-products and how they can help plants grow better without using too many harsh chemicals. A lot of our time is spent testing things out on a small scale or talking to folks who have tried our products in their own gardens or fields. The office is just a room with some desks and a lot of samples sitting on shelves. It’s often a bit cluttered with bags and bottles and notebooks. We like being in Sipara because it’s close enough to the city but still has that local feel where people know their neighbors. We don't have a big marketing budget, so most people hear about us through word of mouth and friends. It’s just a few of us working here, trying to figure out better ways to handle the soil and the crops. Some days the experiments don't work out and we have to start over from the beginning. That’s just part of the process. We keep at it because we want to see the bio side of farming work for the long run here.
