Our office, M. N. Fine Chem Pvt. Ltd., is at B-149 Harikripa Niwas. We are located in Rishipuram Phase-1, specifically in the Berkhera C-sector. It is a quieter area compared to the city center. One of the main things people use to find us is the St. Saivier Co-ed School which is right nearby. You can often hear the kids playing or the bells ringing during the day. Harikripa Niwas is a solid building, and we’ve made our home in the B-149 section. It feels more like a neighborhood than a business district, which is nice. We don't have a giant neon sign or anything. We just have our name on the place. The commute into Berkhera is usually fine, and being in Phase-1 makes it easy to give directions. We’ve got a simple setup inside. Just enough space for the staff and the equipment we need. It is a practical environment. We don't spend money on unnecessary things. We just focus on the chemistry side of things and keeping the files in order. It’s a peaceful spot to get work done without too many distractions. Being near the school means things are lively in the mornings and afternoons. We like the vibe of the C-sector. It is a good place to be based for a business like ours. We just come in and do our thing.
