Our place is at the Sleemnabad Tiraha, specifically at Babeeta Agrahari’s. We are Sleemnabad Kisan Vriddhi Producercompany Limited. Being in Katni, specifically in Sleemnabad, means we are right in the middle of a lot of farming activity. We aren't some big corporate entity from a city. We are local people through and through. The Tiraha is a busy spot, and we like being where the action is. Most of us here have dirt under our fingernails most days. We focus on how to make our farming work better. It’s not about being fancy or having a polished image. It’s about the crops and the people who grow them. We talk a lot about the weather and the markets, just like every other farmer in Sleemnabad. Our meetings are pretty simple. We sit down, have some tea, and figure out what we need to do next. It is a very practical way of doing things. We don't have any big, empty promises. We just try to help each other grow more and stay afloat. If you ever find yourself at the Sleemnabad Tiraha, you’re basically at our doorstep. We know most of the faces around here and they know us.
