Shubhshreelabh Mahila Aajeevika Farmer Producer Company Limited is run by women here in the Katni area. Our office is in Matwar Padariya, right where the Shubhshreelabh FPO is located. We are not a big corporation with people in suits. We are just women who spend our days in the fields and then come together to handle the business side of things. Katni is our home, and we know every corner of these fields. The office in Matwar Padariya is where we keep our records and meet to talk about the grain or whatever we are growing. It is a practical setup, nothing more than what we need. We do not use marketing talk because we do not need to impress anyone. We just want to make sure our work pays off for our families. Sometimes the roads to the office are muddy and hard to walk on, but we still show up. Life in Madhya Pradesh as a farmer is not always easy, but having this company makes it a bit more manageable. We share the work and we share the problems. It is an honest way to live, and we like it that way. We are just regular people working hard, trying to keep things going in our little part of the world without any fuss or fancy talk. We just want to do right by the land.
