Sarvam Jv Agro Llp is located over at 12, Vrandavan Garden in the Piplihan area of Indore. Being in a city like Indore makes us a bit different from the deep rural farms, but we are still very much tied to the land. We are a small group, and we don't have a big corporate hierarchy. It’s mostly just a few of us trying to make the agro business side of things work better. We deal with a lot of the logistical stuff and connecting different parts of the farming world. The office is in a residential-ish area, so it feels more like a home than a workplace. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different sites around Madhya Pradesh. It’s not always pretty; there are late nights and a lot of worrying about transport and market prices. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Indore. We just want to do our job well and make sure the products we handle are moving the way they should. Sometimes we make mistakes with the scheduling or the paperwork, but we always try to make it right. It’s a small-scale operation, and we like the personal touch we can give to things. We know our partners and they know us. It’s just how we prefer to work, keeping things simple and direct without all the extra corporate fluff.
