Sanaisahab Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is Sanaisahab Farmer Producer Company Limited and we are located in the Ganj Basoda area. You can find us on Tyoda Road, usually around Shri Lalsahab’s place. We are part of the Vidisha district in Madhya Pradesh, postcode 464221. Most of us are just typical farmers who have been working around Basoda for as long as we can remember. We started this producer company because it’s getting harder and harder to make a living on your own. Everything is more expensive now, from the diesel for the pumps to the bags for the grain. By coming together as a group, we can share the load a little bit. We aren't doing anything revolutionary here. It’s mostly just sitting down and figuring out how to get our harvest to the market without losing all our profit to the transport guys. We don't have a big fancy office with air conditioning. Usually, we are just out in the sun or meeting on someone’s porch to talk things through. It’s not a perfect system, and we still have plenty of arguments about what to do next, but it’s better than being on your own. We are regular people from Tyoda Road trying to make sure our farming life is sustainable for the next generation. It’s just how things are for us out here.
