Royalsavera Farmers Producer Company Limited is based in Village Hujura Suhawa. Our post office is Salehpur. It’s a rural area, very quiet and focused on the land. We are just a bunch of local farmers who thought it was time to work together. In Hujura Suhawa, everyone knows everyone else. We spend our days out in the sun, and our evenings talking about how things are going. The company is our way of making sure we don't get lost in the shuffle of the big markets. We handle things ourselves. We don't have a big staff or a fancy office. It’s just a place where we meet and store our records. We talk about things like soil quality and which crops are doing well this year. It’s very down-to-earth work. The name sounds a bit grand, but we are just normal people. We deal with the challenges of farming in this part of the state every day. Some days are better than others. When the harvest is good, everyone is happy. When it’s not, we sit down and figure out what to do next. It’s a community effort. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just want to farm and get a fair price for what we grow. That’s the whole point of why we are here in Salehpur. We just keep moving forward with the work.
