Riddhi Caterers

You can find us at Shop No 07 in the Shukala Market, which is part of the Shivaji Nagar area in Bhopal. We are right near the No 5 bus stop, so there is always the sound of buses and people shouting nearby. The kitchen is the main part of our place, and it stays quite hot with the large stoves running most of the day. Riddhi Caterers is a small team and we spend most of our time prep work, like chopping vegetables and getting the spices ready. It is a lot of hard work that starts early in the morning and often goes late into the night. We have big pots and crates stacked up in the back. When we have a catering job, we have to move all this stuff to the venue, which is always a bit of a struggle. We do not have any fancy menus printed on glossy paper; we just tell people what we can make. Shivaji Nagar is a busy spot and being in Shukala Market keeps us close to our suppliers. We just focus on making the food the way people like it around here. It is not a glamorous job, especially when you are cleaning up after a party of three hundred people, but we are used to it. We just keep our heads down and keep the kitchen running for the next order.
