Hungry Mania

We started Hungry Mania a while back over here at Shivani Apartment on Hoshangabad Road. It is a busy spot in Bhopal, right across from Barkatullah University. Most people find us because we are near Surendra Palace too. It isn't a fancy place, just a spot to get some food when you are hungry. We spend a lot of our time in the kitchen making sure things are ready for whoever walks in. Being on Hoshangabad Road means we see a lot of students and folks just passing through. We have been at this for a bit now and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We open up, get the supplies sorted, and wait for the first rush of the day. Sometimes it gets crowded, especially being so close to the university, but we manage just fine. We do not have a big team or anything, just a few of us making things work. If you are around the 462011 area or near the palace, you have probably seen our sign out front. It is just a local business trying to keep people fed. There isn't much more to it than that. We try to keep the place tidy and the food coming out on time. It gets hot in the kitchen during the summer but that is just part of the job. We like being in this part of Bhopal. It has got a good energy and there is always something going on.
