Our office is situated at Plot No. 12-B in Zone 1 of M.P. Nagar, right in the heart of Bhopal. It’s a busy urban area, which might seem a bit odd for a farming company, but this is where we handle all the logistics and the business side of things. We spend most of our time coordinating between what’s happening on the land and the people who need the produce. The office itself is quite simple, tucked away in one of the plots in the 462001 area. We have desks piled with papers and maps, and there’s usually someone on the phone talking to a supplier or a driver. Bhopal is a good base for us because it connects so well to the rest of the state. We aren't trying to be some big corporate giant; we are just a group of people who know a lot about farms and how to run them properly. The days can be quite long, especially when it’s harvest time and everyone is stressed. We drink a lot of tea and try to keep our tempers when the phones won't stop ringing. It’s not a polished environment, just a workspace where we try to keep things organized. Sometimes the office gets a bit messy, but that’s just because we’re busy doing the actual work instead of cleaning up. It’s just how we do things at Regler Farms.
