Priyanshi Agrotech Private Limited is located out in Village Ladampura, near the Post Gijurramehgaon area. It’s a rural spot, very quiet most of the time, except when it’s sowing or harvest season. We are a private limited company but we don’t act like those big ones you see in the cities. We are just local people who know a lot about farming and a bit about the technical side of things. Our office is right there in the village, so we are always close to the fields. We spend our days dealing with the practical problems that come up when you’re trying to run an agricultural business in a place where the infrastructure isn't great. Sometimes we have to deal with machinery that breaks down or seeds that don't sprout like they should. It is all part of the job. We don’t have a website or a big marketing team. People find out about us by word of mouth or by just walking into the village and asking around. We try to keep our costs low so we can pass on any benefits to the work we do. It’s a lot of early mornings and late nights, especially when the weather is changing. We just want to do a good job and keep the business running so our kids have something to take over later on. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We don’t really worry about making a big splash, just about keeping the ledger balanced.
