You’ll find us in Village Parsodi, which is near Multai in the Betul district. We started this company because we wanted to have more control over our farming business. Being in a small village, it’s easy to feel left behind by the big changes in agriculture. We’re a bunch of local growers who decided to pool our resources. Our office is right here in the village, nothing fancy, just a room where we can keep our records and meet up. We deal with the crops that grow best in this soil, mostly whatever is in season. Life in Parsodi is quiet, and most people here have been farming for generations. We’re trying to keep that tradition going but in a way that actually pays the bills. It’s not always easy to coordinate everything when everyone is busy with their own fields, but we make it work. We talk about what seeds are working and where we can get the best price for our grain. There’s no big boss here, just us farmers trying to figure things out together. Sometimes the machinery breaks down or the rain doesn't come when we need it, and that’s when having the group helps most. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure our bit of Betul stays productive and our families are taken care of properly. It's tough work but having each other's backs makes it a whole lot easier for all of us.
