Moon Mark Salon

Moon Mark Salon is located over at Shop Number 2 in Idi Ganj. We are right across from the Babe Ali Ground, which makes us very easy to find if you know that part of Bhopal. Pari Bazar is usually full of people and we've been part of this street for a while now. The shop is small but we make the space work for everyone who walks in. You can see the ground from the front door sometimes when the traffic clears up. We spend most of our time standing by the chairs, working with our hands. It's hard work on the legs but it's what we know how to do. We have a few mirrors and the usual hair products scattered around on the shelves. Sometimes the music is playing softly from a small speaker, other times it's just the sound of the scissors and people talking about their day. We don't really do the whole fancy spa thing here. It’s just a regular salon where people come to get their hair sorted out. Our regulars know exactly where to sit and they don't even have to tell us what they want anymore. We try to keep things organized but on busy days it gets a bit messy with hair on the floor until we get a minute to sweep. It's a local place through and through. Being in Bhopal, near the ground, means we get a lot of different people stopping by. We don't use big words to describe what we do. It's just a simple life here in Idi Ganj.
