We have our main setup at Office No.4, which is on the first floor on Jhalawar Road in Khanpur. Being Mau Dhara Farmers Producer Company Limited, we focus on the stuff that actually matters to the farmers around here. Jhalawar Road is usually humming with people, so we are right in the middle of everything. It is a simple office, nothing too special to look at, but it is where we get the work done. We spend a lot of time talking to the producers and trying to sort out their issues. It might be about getting better prices or just figuring out how to get the harvest moved. Being on the first floor gives us a bit of a view of the street, which is always full of action. We do not have any corporate training or anything like that; we just learned by doing. Most of us grew up around here and know how hard it is to make a living from the land. We try to keep our doors open for anyone who needs to discuss their yield or the next season. It gets a bit crowded in the office when a few people show up at once, but we manage. It is just about being practical and helping the group work better together. We do not make big promises, we just try to be a reliable place for the farming community in Khanpur. There is always someone here to listen to the producers.
