We are located at 203 President Plaza on RNT Marg. It’s a fairly central spot. Madhyabharat Agro Farmers Producer Company Limited is what we call ourselves. Even though we have an office in a plaza, we are still connected to the farms. We act as a bridge, I guess. The office is small, just enough space for a few desks and some files. We spend a lot of our time dealing with the logistics of farming. It’s not just about planting seeds; there is so much more like regulations, transport, and finding buyers. RNT Marg is usually humming with activity, which matches how we work. We aren't fancy people. We wear regular clothes and talk like normal folks. There’s no corporate polish here. We make mistakes sometimes, maybe forget to file a paper on time or have a meeting run way too long. It’s just how it is when you’re busy. We started this to give the local farmers a better chance. Most of us have family back in the villages, so we know the struggle. It’s practical, everyday work. We don't use big words to describe what we do. We just help move crops and manage the business side so the farmers can focus on the dirt. It’s been a learning curve for all of us. Being in President Plaza on RNT Marg means we are right in the heart of things. It's a bit of a contrast to the fields where the actual farming happens. Madhyabharat Agro is basically a link between the rural side of things and the city markets. It’s not always easy to explain to people what we do. We aren't just selling stuff; we're trying to organize things so that everyone gets a better deal. The office at 203 is usually full of maps and lists of farmers. We spend a lot of time on the phone, trying to find out where the right seeds are or who needs help with their harvest. It’s a lot of coordination. We don't have a big corporate culture here. We just show up, drink some tea, and get to work. Sometimes the printer breaks or the internet goes down, and we just have to figure it out. It’s very down-to-earth. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big words or fancy presentations. We just want to do our part for the farming community in the region. It’s a lot of trial and error, but we’re slowly getting the hang of it.
