Krushakhitarth Farmer Producer Company Limited is right by the bus stand in Bhikangaon. Our office is set up at Smt Rajni’s place. We’re a group of local farmers from the West Nimar district who decided to join forces. Farming around here in Madhya Pradesh is what we’ve always done, but it’s getting harder to do it alone these days. We started this company to help us get better deals on things we need for the fields and to have a better way to sell what we grow. It’s a pretty basic operation. We don’t have a lot of fancy furniture or big signs. Most people just know to find us near the bus stand. We spend most of our time out in the dirt, and we only come to the office when there’s paperwork to sign or a meeting to attend. Being in the 451331 area, we’re right in the middle of everything. We try to keep things simple and avoid any big corporate talk. It’s just us, the local farmers, trying to make a decent living and keep our farms going for another year. We help each other out when the weather turns bad or when things aren't selling well. It’s honest work, and we’re just trying to do our best with what we have. It's a community effort more than anything else for the people here.
