Khushalabad Farmer Producer Company Limited

This is our little setup in Khushalabad village. Lal Bahadur helps manage things from his spot. It’s a small place, mostly just a few of us trying to get things organized for the farmers around here. We aren't some big corporation from the city. We live right here in Po Khas. Most days are spent talking to neighbors about their crops and what they need for the next season. It gets dusty in the summer and muddy when the rains come. That's just how it is. We don't have fancy brochures or a big sign. People just know where to find us. We started this because we saw a need for folks to work together. It’s not always easy keeping everyone on the same page, but we try. Sometimes we sit outside under the shade and just figure things out. There’s a lot of paperwork that comes with running a producer company, more than we expected really. But Lal Bahadur keeps a handle on it. We're just regular people. If you walk through the village, you'll see us. We’re usually wearing our work clothes because there’s always something to move or fix. It’s a slow life but it’s ours. We don't look for much attention. Just doing the work day in and day out. Sometimes the sun is really bright and we just take a break for some water and keep going. We don't need much more than that to get through the week.
