Kajalmata Agrofed Farmers Producer Company Limited is our name, and we work out of Chatar Singh Ram Singhwajhar’s place. It’s a local setup, rooted deeply in the farming community around here. We don't have any of those shiny office buildings you see in the big cities. Instead, we have a space that works for us and the farmers we represent. Being an 'agrofed' producer company means we’re focused on the feed and the crops that keep this area going. Chatar Singh’s place is a familiar landmark for many of us. We spend our days talking to local growers and figuring out the best ways to get things done. It’s a lot of practical talk and not much else. The weather dictates most of our schedule, as it does for anyone in agriculture. We don't have a mission statement on the wall; we just have a list of things that need to be finished by the end of the week. People around here know us for being straightforward. We don't use a lot of fancy English or corporate jargon. We just speak plainly about what’s happening with the harvest or the supplies. It’s a humble operation, but it’s important to the folks who live and work in this area. We’re just real people doing real work in a real place. We don't make it complicated. We just focus on the agricultural needs of our group and try to keep things moving forward as best as we can every single day for everyone.
