Jyoti Hear Cutting

Being right by the Nadra Bus Stand on Chhola Road makes this a very busy little spot for us. We are located at S No-11 and 12, so there is a bit of room, but with all the travelers coming and going in Bhopal, it always feels full of people. You can hear the buses pulling in and out all day long. It is just the way it is here on Chola Road. People often come in for a quick trim before they catch a bus or right after they arrive from somewhere else. We are also quite close to Hamidiya Road, so there is a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. The shop is called Jyoti Hear Cutting, though the spelling on the sign is just how we did it. We do not mind. It is a place where you can sit down, take a break from the noise outside, and get your hair cut without any fuss or drama. The mirrors are old and the chairs have seen better days, but they do the job just fine. My family has been around this part of Bhopal for years, so we know most of the shopkeepers nearby. It gets very hot in the summer, especially with the bus engines running nearby, so we keep the doors open to catch any breeze. It is a simple setup with no air conditioning or fancy products, just a comb, scissors, and a razor.
