Joy Salon

Joy Salon is a small shop located at Shop No-3 in Barkheda, Bhopal. We have been in this area for a bit now. It is a quiet part of town compared to the main center, but we stay busy enough with the locals. We mostly handle basic hair services. You don't need to go all the way into the city for a simple haircut when we are right here in the neighborhood. The shop is small but we keep it clean. We have a couple of chairs and some mirrors, nothing too elaborate. People in Barkheda know us as the local spot to get things done. We usually have the radio on or just chat with whoever is sitting in the chair. It is a very casual environment. We don't have a big team, just a few of us working hard. We know most of our customers by name since they live just a few streets away. It is nice working in a place where everyone knows everyone. We try to be fair and do a good job so people are happy when they leave. Sometimes kids come in with their parents, and sometimes it is just the older folks who have been coming here for years. We just keep doing what we do every day. We open early most days and stay until the last customer is finished. It’s a decent living for us.
