We are working out of Narayan Lal Gurjar’s place. It is a very local setup. We are all about the farmers in this specific part of the region. Most of the people involved in this company are neighbors or have known each other for years. We do not have a fancy website or a marketing team. We just have our knowledge of the land and a desire to help each other out. Barawarda is a place where life moves at its own pace. Sometimes we spend the whole morning just talking about the soil quality or the new seeds that someone brought in. It is very informal. We handle the business side of things on a wooden table with a lot of tea and conversation. We are just trying to make sure that the producers here get a fair deal and that their voices are heard. It is a bit of a struggle sometimes, especially when the market prices are low, but we stick together. There is a lot of pride in what we do, even if we do not talk about it in a fancy way. We are just Kandara Ganw people doing our best every day to keep things moving. It's simple work but it matters.
