Hong Kong Restaurants

Our place is at 131/4 in M P Nagar, right there near the Pragati Petrol Pump. If you are in Zone II, you know how busy this part of Bhopal gets during the day. We have been running Hong Kong Restaurants for quite a while now. It started as a small idea and just grew into what it is today. We don't have a corporate office or anything like that, just the floor where the tables are and the kitchen in the back. The cooks have their own way of doing things, and we don't interfere much as long as the food is going out. You will often see us standing near the entrance or checking the stock. The noise from the main road never really stops, but you get used to it after a few years. We get a lot of office workers during lunch time who are in a hurry. We try to move fast, but sometimes we are a bit slow when the stove is full. 462011 is a central place to be, so we see all kinds of people. It’s not always perfect, sometimes we forget to change a lightbulb right away or the menu cards look a bit worn out. But it's our place and we put our time into it every day without fail.
