HL Restaurant

HL Restaurant is way up on the 4th floor in Bittan Market, Bhopal. It’s in the E-5-16 building in TT Nagar. Being on the top floor gives a bit of a view, though it’s mostly just the market roofs and the street below. We get a lot of people who are out shopping in Bittan Market and want to get away from the noise downstairs. The elevator works most of the time, but sometimes it’s a bit slow. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. It’s a simple setup with enough chairs for groups and families. We don't do anything too fancy here. The food is what you’d expect from a local Bhopal joint. We spend most of our day prepping in the kitchen and getting things ready for the lunch rush. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, but we have fans and some cooling. The staff is just a small group of us who have been working together for years. We aren't trying to be the most popular place in town, just a steady one. People know us for being consistent. We close up once the market starts winding down. It’s a bit quiet during the weekdays, which is nice if you want to eat in peace. We don’t have a website or anything like that, just our name on the board downstairs. It’s just a normal restaurant for normal people. We just keep cooking.
