Our staff gets in early to start the prep work because once the market opens up, it stays busy. The building itself is a bit older, which gives it some character I guess. We focus on the day-to-day things, like making sure the kitchen is clean and the ingredients are fresh. We don't have any big corporate speeches or anything like that. We are just a group of people who know how to cook and serve food. Sometimes the area gets very crowded, especially during the festival seasons or local market days. We’ve seen the Arera Colony area grow a lot over the years. We stay in our corner of the CPA Building and just keep doing what we do. It’s a practical business. We want people to come in, eat their fill, and feel okay about the price. That’s pretty much the whole story of how we run things here.
