Grothplus Farmers Producer Company Limited

We are located right on Chikitsalaya Marg in the town of Nagda. It is not a huge place, just a small spot where we can get together and sort out the farming business. We aren't corporate people with suits or shiny shoes. We are usually in our everyday work clothes, probably with a bit of dirt on our sleeves. We work with the farmers all around the Nagda area to help move their produce to the markets. It involves a lot of phone calls and sitting around waiting for the local market to open up in the morning. We don't have any polished speeches prepared. We just talk about the things that matter to us, like the price of fertilizer, the water levels, and the cost of hiring labor. Some days it feels like we are just spinning our wheels, but we keep at it anyway. Grothplus Farmers Producer Company Limited is just our way of staying a bit more organized. It’s much better than everyone trying to do their own thing and getting nowhere with the traders. We deal with all sorts of local crops that grow in this region. We aren't looking to become famous or anything like that. We just want to make sure the hard work we do in the fields actually pays off at the end of the harvest. Life in Nagda is quite busy, and we are just one small part of the community here. It's tough but honest.
